Monday thru Thursday:  08:30 am, 6:00 pm, and 7:00 pm

                            Friday:  08:30 am and 6:00 pm

Individual & Couples Training Sessions

Monday thru Friday:  09:30 am to 12:00 pm and 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm
